Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore

Andre Gide

The best advice I ever got was from my father. He always said: 'Be all in.' Throughout human history, one fact is indisputable: victory doesn't always come to the strongest, smartest or most gifted.

Victory comes to the one who desires it the most, the one who works harder than anyone else, leaving nothing in the reserve. Success or failure boils down to not how far you can go, but whether you have the strength of conviction and belief to go as far as it takes. If you put in the best effort, work tirelessly and persevere patiently, success is guaranteed.Life is too short to put in a half-baked effort. Give it all you have to get all that you desire.

It's easy to find the energy and strength to tackle all challenges when you are passionate about what you do. Passion will guide you through setbacks and teach you patience and perseverance. It is also important to surround yourself with passionate people. It will help your ideas grow and take on a life of their own.
