For example, micro-irrigation technologies can result in saving 60-70 per cent of water. The event will help create a sustained roadmap to boost the economy through Plasticulture.

The event will seek to promote usage of technology in storage and to reduce loss of food grain. Ram Vilas Paswan, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, will be the chief guest.
