Extending gains for the second straight day, the S&P BSE Sensex on Tuesday gained 181 points, while the broader Nifty50 ended at a fresh 11-month high above its key resistance level of 8,500-mark.
The headline indices rallied tracking positive trend seen in Asian markets a day after Wall Street shares hit a record high thanks to a combination of upbeat US data and expectations of more stimulus from global policymakers.

1)IndusInd Bank: Shares of Indusind Bank settlrd the day 0.04 per cent up on BSE after the company posted a net profit of Rs. 6613.80 mn for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 5250.40 mn for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2)Coal India: Shares of Coal India declined 1.14 per cent on BSE after the board of directors of Coal India at its meeting on Monday decided on buying back 1.72 per cent percent of its shares at a total cost of Rs 3,650 crore. About 10.89 crore shares would be bought back at Rs 335 per share.
3)Housing Development Finance Corp: Shares of HDFC closed the day 1.50 per cent up on BSE after the company is set to sell masala bonds, a rupee-denominated bond sold to foreign investors and listed on an overseas exchange. It plans to raise as much as Rs 3,000 crore.
4)Greaves Cotton: Shares of Greaves Cotton settled the day 6.08 per cent up on BSE after the company has forayed into multi-brand spares business, which is an extension to its after-market services.
5)Tata Power: Shares of Tata Power slipped 1.49 per cent on BSE after the company on Monday informed that its board has approved raising up to Rs 3,500 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures in one or more tranches on a private placement basis.
