Mood of the Nation survey: 42% believe India can become $5 trillion economy by 2025
Less than half - 42 per cent - of respondents in the Mood of the Nation survey believe that India can become a $5 trillion economy by 2025. The survey conducted by India Today and Karvy Insights surveyed 12,141 people from across the country. A majority - 58 per cent - are either not hopeful or are doubtful of the target. Out of the 58 per cent, around 34 per cent believe that India won't reach the $5 trillion target by 2025, while 24 per cent have no opinion on this.

GoAir's engine woes: Airline to suspend some flights over delay in deliveries from Airbus, P&W
Low-cost airline GoAir has said it was suspending some flights due to Airbus and Pratt & Whitney deferring delivery of planes and engines, respectively. Some scheduled flights as well as those for which ticket sales are open would be affected, the carrier said. The CPI, released at the WEF 2020 here, ranks 180 countries and territories by their perceived levels of public sector corruption, according to experts and business people. Denmark and New Zealand have cornered the top spot, followed by Finland, Singapore, Sweden and Switzerland in the top ten.

CRPF man in Mukesh Ambani's security shoots self, suicide suspected
A CRPF commando deployed outside the bungalow of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani in South Mumbai, died after shooting himself accidentally, according to media report. According to a PTI report, the incident took place around 7 pm on Wednesday at the Central Reserve Police Force's (CRPF) security post outside Ambani's 27-storey bungalow `Antilia' off Pedar Road.
