The deceased, named Siddiq, had recently travelled to Australia. He died on his way from Hyderabad to Karnataka, and doctors were treating him for symptoms like breathlessness, cold and cough. With this, the number of infected persons in India has touched 79, including one death.

In the wake of Yes bank crisis, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has stepped in to restore faith in private banks. Canadian PM Justin Trudeau's wife tests positive for coronavirus
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife, Sophie, are in self-isolation after she fell ill and was tested for the coronavirus, while school was canceled in Ontario to limit the spread of the outbreak. Justin Trudeau, 48, is exhibiting no symptoms. Working from home, he spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and joined a special Cabinet meeting on the coronavirus by phone, his spokesman said on Twitter.
Coronavirus outbreak: First batch of 120 evacuees from Iran to reach Jaisalmer today
The first batch of 120 Indians will reach Jaisalmer today from Iran. The evacuees will be quarantined at the Army facility, a defence spokesperson said. Another batch of 250 people will be airlifted on March 15 and will be quarantined at the Army facility in Jaisalmer. The Ministry of Defence has set up seven more quarantine facilities for coronavirus patients.
Retail inflation falls to 6.58% in February as food prices cool down
Retail inflation, calculated on the basis on Consumer Price Index, slipped down to 6.58 per cent in February as prices of food came down sharply, showed data released by National Statistics Office (NSO) on Wednesday. This comes as a relief to the Indian economy, which registered 7.59 per cent retail inflation in January.
