Absconder held after 13 years in Jammu

Jammu, Feb 1 (PTI) An absconder, who was on the run for 13 years, was finally arrested in Jammu, the police said Friday. Harjeet Singh was booked for encroaching on a property and arrested from Kunjwani, they said. He was produced in a court, they added. PTI AB RHL
