OnePlus 6 Red edition goes on sale for first time in IndiaOnePlus 6 Red Edition will go on its first sale today. The new variant was launched earlier this month. The Red Edition of OnePlus 6 will be available from Rs 39,999. With the new variant in place, OnePlus will now have a total of four variants on sale. During the official launch of the device in India, the company had also unveiled an Avengers special edition OnePlus 6. However, the special edition was discontinued after a few sales. The new OnePlus 6 Red will go on sale from July 16, 12 pm and will be available from Rs 34,999 on Amazon India and OnePlus store. WhatsApp launches new One-Way Broadcasting feature for group chatsWhatsApp's new One-way Broadcasting feature has been rolled out to most devices. The new feature lets a group admin dictate what is posted in a group. As the feature's name suggests, it's a one-way flow of messages. The group admin will be the only person who can post within that group. The new feature is being rolled out to all Android, iOS devices and is already in place within the Groups in your WhatsApp chats. To access the feature, go to the WhatsApp group where you are an admin and then tap on the group's name and select 'group info'. Within 'group info', go to 'group settings' and then select 'send messages'. A pop up will ask you to choose who can send messages in the group. Select 'only admins' to activate the new feature.Group info>Group settings>Send Messages>Admins onlySamsung launches Galaxy On6 at Rs 14,490; will be Flipkart exclusiveSamsung, the South Korean electronics conglomerate, has launched the Galaxy On6 in India. On6 is another in the line of On-series mid-range phones launched by the technology giant. The phone will be exclusively available on Flipkart, and will sport the Infinity Display technology which is said to offer 15 per cent more display area without increasing the overall phone size. It will compete with the popular Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, and the Realme 1, to name a few. Last year the company had launched a Red variant of the OnePlus 5T as well. The company unveiled the Red variant of the OnePlus 6 on its Indian twitter handle. There are no details about the availability of the new variant but the company will be start selling the red variant in other global markets from next week. Indian OnePlus fans can expect a similar launch time. We are expecting that the company will release more information on the official availability of the new variant later during the day.

1. Apple likely to bring an iPhone with triple-camera setupApple is expected to bring at least one iPhone with a triple-camera setup in 2019. These three cameras will come equipped with 3D vision and will be used for Augmented Reality Projects. According to analyst Jialin Liu, two of these three cameras will capture an image from two different angles for enhanced 3D imaging via stereo vision. The third sensor will most likely have a longer focal length for enhanced zoom function.2. Apple WWDC developers' conference set to beginApple's WWDC developers' conference is set to begin where the Cupertino tech giant is expected to take the wraps off new software and hardware products. Coming to iOS 12, the company has promised better stability and performance with the new operating system for its iPhones. Apple is also likely to allow third party developers to access the NFC chip in iPhones, allowing them to work better with Internet of Things.Apple is also likely to introduce the new MacBook Air with Retina Display along with updated MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. HMD Global launches Nokia 5.1, Nokia 3.1, and Nokia 2.1HMD Global released the new iterations of Nokia 5, Nokia 3, and Nokia 2.1 at a launch event in Moscow. While the Nokia 5.1 and the Nokia 3.1 are mid-range smartphones, Nokia 2.1 is a budget offering.Coming first to Nokia 5.1, it is powered by a Mediatek Helio P18 processor, which is coupled with either 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, or 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The Nokia 5.1 sticks to the modern aspect ratio of 18:9 and comes with a FullHD+ screen. In the optics department, the Nokia 5.1 boats a 16MP at the back and an 8MP camera at the front.The Nokia 3.1 is powered by a Mediatek MT6750 SoC and has similar memory configurations as the Nokia 5.1. In the display department, the Nokia 3.1 has a 5.2-inch HD+ screen. Talking about cameras, the Nokia 3.1 sports a 13MP camera at the back and an 8MP camera at the front. The Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 3.1 run Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and belong to the Android One programme.On the other hand, Nokia 2.1 runs the Android Oreo Go Edition. It comes with a HD screen and 1GB of RAM, powered by Snapdragon 425 processor.The Nokia 5.1 has been launched with a starting price of $219 which translates to Rs 15000, whereas the Nokia 3.1 has been released with a starting price of $139 which translates to Rs 9,400. The Nokia 2.1 has been priced at $115 which comes around to Rs 7,400.
