Forbes has put out its annual list of the world's highest-paid entertainers, with Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar again making it to the list. While Akshay was ranked 76th, Salman was placed 82nd. Entrepreneur and model Kylie Jenner became the youngest entrant on the list. Some others who featured were George Clooney, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo.
