Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, the world's wealthiest person, has purchased a Beverly Hills mansion known as the Warner Estate from media mogul David Geffen for $165 million, a source familiar with the deal said on Wednesday. The sale price is believed to be the highest in a Los Angeles-area residential real estate transaction; India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra), a part of Fitch Group, on Wednesday downgraded YES Bank's long-term issuer rating, while maintaining it on 'Rating Watch Negative' (RWN). The rating downgrade was attributed to continued delay and inconclusive quantum of the anticipated equity infusion in YES Bank; Microsoft Corp Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella is planning to visit India later this month according to Reuters. Nadella is planning to be in India between Feb 24 and Feb 26 and will likely visit New Delhi. Amazon chief Jeff Bezos has unveiled a new three-wheeler electric delivery rickshaw in India. Bezos has shared a 34-second long video on Twitter, saying: \"Hey, India. We're rolling out our new fleet of electric delivery rickshaws. Fully electric. Zero carbon. #ClimatePledge\", where he is seen having fun driving an e-rickshaw, followed by several others drivers. E-commerce major Amazon India on Monday said it would have a fleet of 10,000 EVs plying on Indian roads by 2025. E-commerce giant Amazon is hosting a mega two-day event, the SMBhav Summit, to connect with small business owners in India and the star attraction at the event is undoubtedly Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, who is on a three-day visit to India. Bezos addressed the gathering of business leaders and stated that the 21st century would be the Indian century.  He also added that in terms of alliances, the 21st century would be about bilateral relations between the US and India. He  announced the company's plans to invest US $1 billion over the next five years in the country in a bid to digitally enable micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and traders across India.
