Google not to work on militarising artificial intelligenceIn it first AI policy, Google has said that it will not take part in projects meant to militarse artificial intelligence. The search engine giant has clarified, though, that it will continue to work with the government and the military in the fields of cybersecurity, veteran's healthcare, military training and recruitment, and search and rescue, and that the document is not meant to hinder the use of artificial intelligence. Released by Google chief Sundar Pichai, the policy will apply to all applications and services by Google that use artificial intelligence.
