A latest report suggests that Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has issued a notice to Twitter asking it for full details of the recent global hack targeting high-profile users.

The survey also revealed that the respondents' security response efforts were hindered by the use of too many security tools, as well as a lack of specific playbooks for common attack types.

Google, however, did not specify whether these attacks were carried out by governments against their own citizens or those in other countries
