Mylan, Natco take early lead with enhanced safety profile generic drug for Hepatitis B

On December 7th, Mylan launched 'HepBest', which it called, "the first drug approved in eight years for management of chronic Hepatitis B infection in India." 

 
 
The court's observation came during a hearing that challenged a Delhi High Court order that had quashed the government ban on technical grounds.
There was a time when the company was staring at bankruptcy and also there was a time it was contemplating huge acquisitions for growth with private equity support.
The list includes names of some of India's leading pharmaceutical companies like Sun Pharma, Dr Reddy's, Glenmark and Aurobindo.
