The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2013 event is abuzz with new technologies and products, including some which are prototypes.

We spotted a Computer Graphic Watch with changeable dial images at the Toshiba booth that according to the company has a high resolution OLED. The watch also has a high performance ARM SoC support realistic computer graphic displaying all kinds of watch dials. Its smart functionality includes connectivity with the Android smartphone or iPhone to alert the user for every incoming call, emails and calendar scheduling.

Toshiba suggests it can be used to navigate with the smartphone GPS or display news or weather. There is also an ECG enabled sensor on the watch that can recognise the owner's unique pulse patterns. And if the watch fails to recognise the pulse, all the smart functions will be disabled.

Gadgets & Gizmos is at Las Vegas for CES 2013 at the invitation of Panasonic. Watch this space for some great coverage from the event
