In a bid to become the best in the business, both Airtel and Reliance Jio have introduced truly unlimited broadband plans. Airtel announced its new XStream Fiber bundles to provide unlimited internet data to its broadband subscribers. The announcement was made days after Reliance Jio launched its truly unlimited broadband plans.

So let us have a look at the broadband plans offered by Reliance Jio and Airtel

Airtel

The most affordable plan by Airtel costs Rs 499. The plan provides unlimited data and calling. It also comes with download and upload speed of up to 40mbps

The 799 broadband plan also comes with unlimited data and calling. It ships with a download speed of 100 mbps.

The Rs 999 broadband plan which is also called the entertainment broadband plan provides unlimited internet and calls. The broadband plan ships with download and upload speeds at up to 200mbps.

The Rs 1499 broadband plan provides unlimited internet and calls including STD and ships with download and upload speeds at up to 300mbps.

The most expensive plan on the list costs Rs 3999. It comes with unlimited calling to all networks and internet speed up to 1Gbps.


Reliance JioFiber

Reliance announced a couple of broadband plans and also revamped some of its existing plans. The cheapest plan in the list costs Rs 399. The plan provides truly unlimited internet with download speed at up to 30Mbps. It ships with unlimited voice calling but no subscription to the OTT platforms.

The mid-range plan cots Rs 699 and ships with truly unlimited internet with download speed at up to 100 Mbps. The plan also provides unlimited voice calling but no free subscription to the OTT apps.

Another plan in the mid-range category offered by Jio costs Rs 999. The broadband plan ships with truly unlimited internet with download and upload speeds at up to 150Mbps. The plan also comes with unlimited voice calling and access to 11 OTT apps including Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar worth Rs 1000.

The top-of-the-line plan costs Rs 1499. This broadband plan too ships with truly unlimited internet with download and upload speeds capped at up to 300 Mbps. Apart from the unlimited voice calling, it also offers a free subscription to 12 OTT apps at no extra costs.

Jio is also providing a 30-day free trial of JioFiber for first-time customers. The 30-day free trial would provide 150 Mbps truly unlimited internet to users along with a 4K set-top box with access to the top 10 paid OTT apps at no extra costs. The users will also get free voice calling facilities. However, if you do not like the service, Jio will take back the set-top box and other accessories without asking any questions to the users.
