Amazfit GTS 2 mini to launch on December 26, price starts at Rs 6999

Amazfit has been on a launching spree. After the GTR 2 and GTS 2, the company is all set to launch the GTS 2 mini in the Indian market. Amazfit has announced that the smartwatch will be launched in India a day after Christmas, on December 26. Earlier, Amazfit had launched the GTR 2 and GTS 2 mini in the Indian market for Rs 12,999.

Announcing the smartwatches, Amazfit said in a blog, "The series will launch its classic essential GTR 2 on December 17th, 2020, and the other two classics will follow the launch. The GT 2 series packs a punch in terms of battery life and is built to last. The long battery life of the GT 2 series watches means they will be with you on your journey every day of the week."

The GT 2 series is the successor to the GT series. The GT series had two smartwatches but the GT 2 series has three smartwatches including the GTR 2, GTS 2 and GTS 2 mini. The smartwatches were previously launched in China. So here are some of the key specifications of the GTS 2 mini.

Amazfit GTS 2 mini: Price and availability

The Amazfit GTS 2 mini will be launched in India on December 26. The smartwatch is priced slightly lower than its older sibling, the GTS 2 mini. As per the company, the Amazfit GTS 2 mini will be launched in India for Rs 6999. Amazfit GTS 2 Mini will be available for pre-booking from December 26, 12 noon onwards on both Amazon.in and on in.amazfit.com.

Amazfit GTS 2 mini: Specifications

Amazfit GTS 2 mini 2 features a 1.55-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 354*306 pixels. It comes with sensors including an Acceleration sensor, Gyroscope sensor, Geomagnetic sensor, Ambient light sensor, Vibration Motor, BioTracker 2 PPG bio-tracking optical heart rate sensor. The Amazfit GTS 2 mini houses a 220mAh. The company claims that the smartwatch can go on for 14 days on a single charge. The Amazfit comes with 70+ built-in sports mode.

The watch includes features like 24-hour heart rate monitoring, Blood-oxygen Saturation Measurement, PAI Health Assessment, Sleep Quality Monitoring, Stress Level Monitoring, Menstrual tracking. The Amazfit GTS 2 mini comes with an Aluminum Alloy + Plastic body along with a silicone strap.
