The PUBG MOBILE Pro and World Leagues have been postponed due to the outbreak of the virus and as a result, the event isn't happening now.
The PUBG MOBILE Pro and World Leagues see participants from all over the world battling it out to win the Chicken Dinner. The event is one of the biggest e-sports events in the world. The Pro and World Leagues have on offer a total amount of $ 5 million as prize money and hence, the competition among players is quite strong. However, the event currently stands postponed to prevent the COVID-19 infection spreading further among players and viewers.
This is not the first instance of a mega event being cancelled this year. As of now, almost a dozen mega events across the world related to the tech industry have been cancelled or postponed due to the pandemic.
