- Google Pixel XE live shots have leaked online.
- The live shots reveal features including the phone's support for NFC.
- The phone will come with dual-SIM slot.
It has only been a few months since the Pixel 4a 5G and the Google Pixel 5 were made official by Google, and now, there's already information about a new smartphone from the company which will reportedly be called the Google Pixel XE.
The live photos reveal some important details about the device, including the fact that it would come with a display with a wide frame and slightly chunky bezels. The display also appears to come with a punch-hole camera.
The leaked live images also show some other details about the device, including the fact that the device will come with NFC support, and also bring with itself support for two SIM cards. Apart from this, there's really no information available about the device, with no word on the specifications of the device yet.
There's also no information on when the device will be launched, however, it is unlikely that the device could be launched before the end of the year since both the Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G were released only a while ago.
As for the phone, at this moment we can only speculate about its internals as no information about it right now. However, it can be expected that the phone may be launched as a more affordable version of the Pixel 4a which brought with itself a 5.8-inch screen and a lightweight design.
The Google Pixel is powered by a mid-range Snapdragon 730G chipset paired with 6GB of RAM. Along with the 6GB RAM, the Google Pixel 4a has an internal storage of 128GB. In terms of camera, the Google Pixel 4a features a square camera island which houses a 12.2-megapixel dual pixel phase detection rear camera with f/1.7 aperture, OIS, and a 77-degree field of view. On the front, the Google Pixel 4a has an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 84-degree field of view.
While the Google Pixel 4a doesn't set the world on fire with the sheer number of lenses it offers, it does promise an above-par camera experience for this segment. Apart from this, there's a big battery paired to stock Android to keep the phone running for long hours.
