ICICI Bank announced on Wednesday it has collaborated with WhatsApp to provide a seamless banking experience to its customers. ICICI Bank launched a service that would allow the customers to manage their bank accounts through WhatsApp chat.
The new service by ICIC Bank would allow customers to check their savings account balance, last three transaction details, loan offers on their account and also check their credit card details. In case of loss of debit/credit card, customers can also block the card through WhatsApp. The ICICI Bank account holders can also track the deliverables, ICIC Bank ATMs near them and ICICI Branches.
Here's how you can start ICICI Banking services on WhatsApp
If you are an ICIC Bank customer, you will have to add the number 9324953001 to your contacts and message Hi' on 9324953001 from your registered mobile number to start the conversation. Post which, the bank will respond with the list of services available
To check your savings account balance, send a message to the above-mentioned number from your registered number saying
