Reliance Jio announced JioPostPaid Plus plans last month priced at Rs 399, Rs 599, Rs 799, Rs 999 and Rs 1499. The JioPostPaid Plus plans offer up to 300GB data with unlimited calling and SMS benefits with a complimentary subscription to Jio apps.
Jio allows users of other telecom operators to move to the PostPaid Plus plans at no cost. Moreover, it also allows the users of other telecom operators to carry-forward their credit limit through which remaining data credit can be carried forward so that users can use it further in Jio PostPaid Plans.
With this feature, postpaid users of other operators can carry forward their existing credit limit from their existing operator to Jio essentially at no cost.
Postpaid users of any telecom operator, say Airtel or Vi, wanting to migrate to Jio Postpaid Plus can send Hi to 88-501-88-501 from WhatsApp. Users will have to upload their existing operators postpaid bill. After 24 hours, users can walk into any Jio store or call for a home-delivery of JioPostpaid Plus SIM and get the credit limit of their choice for no additional cost. The JioPostPaid Plus SIM card comes at a refundable deposit of Rs 100.
Reliance Jio has also partnered with Amazon Prime to give JioPostPaid Plus users shopping and entertainment benefits at no extra cost. The Amazon Prime membership that users can avail of at no extra cost separately comes for Rs 999 a year. The JioPostPaid Plus plans are available at Rs 399, Rs 599, Rs 799, Rs 999, and Rs 1499.
Customers who enroll in the recently launched JioPostPaid Plus will get one year of Amazon Prime membership at no additional cost, after which they can upgrade to available Amazon Prime plans. Existing JioPostpaid customers can also upgrade to the new plans and enjoy Amazon Prime membership benefits.
