Xiaomi launched the Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus in China with specifications which are similar to what is expected from the Redmi Note 5. The company may launch the Redmi 5 Plus as Redmi Note 5 in India.

Apart from the Redmi Note 5, Xiaomi is also planning to launch a new device which is expected to be a Mi TV. The company launched a teaser for the same on their Twitter handle.

Taking hints from the teaser, it looks like Xiaomi will be launching the Mi TV 4 in India. At its thinnest point, the TV measures a mere 4.9mm.
Redmi Note 5 is expected to come with a bezel-less display and dual camera lens. On the screen front, it might feature a 5.99 inch screen with a Full HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9.

The device is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 and might come with different storage variants. There is a possibility that apart from the two variants, Xiaomi might launch a more powerful model as well.

On the camera front, the rumours suggest a dual camera setup with a pair of 16Megapixel sensors. A 4000mAH battery might power the device.
The Mi TV 4 comes with extremely slim bezels and is expected to launch in three sizes: 49 inch, 55 inch and 65 inch. The TV comes with a frameless display which the company claims, will increase the visual experience of the viewer.

In the TV available in other markets, Mi TV 4 comes with a special AI feature that identifies the taste of the viewer over time. Xiaomi claims the TV to be built on a modular platform with separate components that can be upgraded over time.
