After launching business laptops in India last month, HP has now announced the launch of the world's thinnest laptop, the Spectre 13. Coming with the starting price of Rs 1,19,900, the laptop will go on sale on July 25.
Claimed to be the world's thinnest laptop at 10.4 mm thickness, the laptop is as thin as an AAA battery and weighs only 1.1 kg. It has a carbon fibre bottom that makes it durable and lightweight. The 13.3-inch full HD IPS display comes with Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
Running on 64-bit Windows 10 operating system, the machine will be powered by Intel Corei5 and i7 processors, and will be paired with 8 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD storage. As per the company's claims, the battery will last up to 9.45 hours on a single charge. The Spectre 13 also has Bang & Olufsen audio with quad speakers sound.
Rajiv Srivastava, Managing Director, HP Inc. India, says, "HP as India's technology leader aims to make life better, productive and more fun. We are at the forefront of delivering industry-leading innovation, and HP's Spectre 13 is a beautifully crafted notebook and a reflection of what many millennials aspire to be - exceptional, cool, dazzling, standing out from the crowd, but making an impact."
