Nothing apart from the watch was mentioned on the site but it is enough to conclude that the smartwatch will be launched in India pretty soon. The Mi Watch Lite was launched in China at CNY 299 ( 3,400 approx). In India too, the smartwatch could be launched in the budget category with a price under Rs 5000. The Mi Watch Lite features a square-shaped screen just like the Redmi Watch. It weighs just 35g with the strap and 31g without the strap. The smartwatch was announced in China with three different color options including the watch cases and five strap colors. The colors include Pink, Ivory, Black, Navy blue, and Olive.

Now coming to the specifications, Mi Watch features a 1.4-inch display with a resolution of 320x320 pixels. The display comes with features including automatic brightness control based on ambient lighting conditions. The watch is also water-resistant up to 50 meters and as mentioned above has a heart rate sensor that can give 24-hour heart monitoring and also a 30-day report of the user's resting heart rate. The Mi Watch Lite furthers brings with itself the ability to monitor sleep, and also brings suggestions for breathing exercises.

Xiaomi has claimed that the watch offers a 9-day battery life on typical usage, as it comes using a 230mAh battery that can be fully charged in 2 hours. However, this is done only through a proprietary charger.
