Motorola had launched two smartphones in India under the G series including the Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power. Motorola is now planning to launch a few more smartphones under the G series.
Moto G Power 2021 expected specifications
Tipster Nils Ahrensmeier has leaked the images of Moto G Power and Moto G Play 2021 on voice.com. In the pictures leaked by Nils, Moto G Power resembles the Moto G9 with a square-shaped camera island placed at the top centre of the rear panel. On the front, there is a punch-hole cutout for a selfie camera. The Moto G Power could feature a textured finding on the rear like the Moto G9 Power.
As far as the specs are concerned, the Moto G Power is speculated to be more expensive than the Moto G Play. The G Power is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC coupled with up to 4GB of RAM. It could also come in a 3GB variant.
In the camera department, the G Power could feature a triple camera setup on the rear which could include a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth camera. On the front, there could be an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies.

The Moto G Play resembles the Moto E7 Plus in the leaked images. The smartphone features a square-shaped camera module placed at the top centre of the rear panel. The camera island houses two camera sensors and an LED flashlight. On the front, there is a waterdrop notch. In the renders, the phone was seen in blue colour.
As far as specs are concerned, Ahrensmeier has claimed in the report that Moto G Play could be powered by the Snapdragon 460 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. For the camera, the G Play could feature a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, the Moto G Play could feature a 5-megapixel camera for selfies. It is also speculated to house a 5000 mAh battery.
If the phone is launched in India, it would be priced under Rs 10,000.
