  • Nokia has launched a new pair of wireless earbuds in India.
  • The Nokia Power Earbuds Lite come with waterproofing capabilities.
  • The earbuds come with a stylish-looking charging case.

Nokia Power Earbuds Lite have arrived in India as the new affordable pair of truly wireless earbuds. HMD silently launched the new earbuds that bring a stylish design and some worthy features that customers in the entry-level earphones market will like. These earbuds are essentially toned down from the Power Earbuds that HMD launched back at the IFA 2019 and were launched for the European market back in September last year.

HMD's presence in the audio market is not quite prolific. It has tried over its nascent years to develop wired and wireless earphones that will be good enough to take on what the market currently is rife with. But this push has been rather underwhelming, especially in India where HMD does not have a wide assortment of audio products available. With Power Earbuds Lite, HMD wants to change that by luring in low-end customers to recognise the brand value and purchase the product over those from Redmi, Realme, Oppo, and other brands.

Nokia Power Earbuds Lite price in India

The Nokia Power Earbuds Lite TWS earbuds cost Rs 3,599 in India. They will be available in Charcoal and Snow colourways. The first sale will take place on February 17. For the offer, the Nokia Power Earbuds Lite can be purchased for a Rs 1,600 discount when bundled with the Nokia 3.4. The Nokia 3.4 costs Rs 11,999 and is available to pre-order. This bundle offer is valid between February 10 and February 19.

Nokia Power Earbuds Lite specifications

HMD's new truly wireless earbuds, Nokia Power Earbuds Lite come with 6mm graphene audio drivers inside that the company says will give a "crystal-clear" sound. The design of the earbuds is good, with the company saying it has an ergonomic fit. The earbuds come with Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity for pairing with smartphones, laptops, tablets, and even Bluetooth-enabled televisions. Although there is no app to control them. The large surface on the earbuds allows for easy gesture navigation to control media playback, manage calls, and set volume levels.

The Nokia Power Earbuds Lite comes with an IPX7 rating for protection against sweat or water. HMD says the earbuds can withstand water up to 1 metre for 30 minutes, which means it is suitable for splashes but do not go swimming or showering with these earbuds put on. The charging case has a 600mAh battery that HMD says will provide up to 30 hours of music on one charge. A single charge in earbuds can deliver 5 hours of music playback. There is a USB-C port for charging the earbuds' charging case.
