OnePlus recently launched the latest lineup of its flagship smartphones in India and across the world, Earlier this month, the affordable OnePlus 9R smartphone received the OxygenOS 18.104.22.168 software update with an array of improvements and bugs fixes. According to the company, the update has improved the Wi-Fi performance and fixes incoming call delay issues. The handset was launched back in March along with the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro.
The OxygenOS 22.214.171.124 update for the OnePlus 9R is rolling out to users in India. The update is being pushed in batches. It means that only a small portion of people will receive the update now with a wider rollout in the coming days.
OnePlus has improved the charging stability to improve the user experience on the OnePlus 9R. Users will also experience improved haptics while playing Call of Duty Mobile. The company has also fixed the issue causing delays in incoming calls while the device was in a charging state. OnePlus says that it has improved WiFi hotspot performance, along with the loading speed of the gallery to load the previews faster. Here are the complete changelogs below:

If you have not yet received the latest software update on your OnePlus 9R, you can check for it manually by going into Settings > System > System Updates. If the device still doesn't notify you about the new firmware, it means that your phone is not in the current batch of devices that are set to get the latest update. In that case, you'll have to wait a bit longer for OnePlus to roll out the new software to your device.
