- Oppo Find X2 and Find X2 Pro will launch in India this year.
- The two phones were originally launched in China.
- The Oppo Find X2 phones are flagship level.
Oppo Find X2 series was launched in China earlier this month as the new rival to the Samsung Galaxy S20 phones. The latest flagships from Oppo pack a lot of premium features that catapult the brand into direct competition with the likes of OnePlus, Samsung, and even Apple. Since a lot is riding on the Find X2 duo, Oppo has now detailed the timeline of their global availability, which also includes India.
According to Oppo, the Find X2 will launch in the following countries by the end of March: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam, and the Netherlands. After the first wave, the Find X2 phones will arrive in more countries, including India, Pakistan, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, Japan, and Romania. However, the launch timeline for the second wave of countries is not available at this point.
Oppo Find X2, Find X2 Pro Price in India
The India pricing of the Find X2 duo will be lower than what they will cost in Europe. Oppo launched the Find X2 for EUR 1,000 and Find X2 Pro for EUR 1,199. Based on the rough currency conversion, the Find X2 should cost Rs 83,000 while the Find X2 Pro will have a price tag of about Rs 99,000. Practically, Oppo will not price its phones that exorbitantly, since it has a market that settles between the price range of Rs 17,000 and Rs 35,000 in India.
That said, the Find X2 phones are flagship in the true sense -- they have got everything that uber premium phones offer. Which is why Oppo may choose to touch the Rs 60,000, or even the Rs 70,000, mark with the Find X2 series in India. We are not sure what their exact pricing will be but as far as the guessing goes, Find X2 phones will measure up against OnePlus 8 phones in India.
