Oppo may be working on its next pair of affordable TWS earbuds. These upcoming truly wireless earbuds may be called Oppo Enco Buds. And they are going to look very much like the Enco W11 earbuds, which arrived last year. Prolific tipster Evan Blass has shared what look like official renders of the Oppo Enco Buds, and they show we are looking at the pod-like design yet again.

The Oppo Enco Buds, in fact, look more similar to the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ than the Enco W11 wireless earbuds. The charging case is oval, much like that of the Enco W11 and Samsung's in-ear wireless earbuds. The official renders that Blass leaked on the Voice community forum show the Enco Buds will at least have a white colourway, although it is likely there will be more colour variants. And the earbuds will come with silicone ear tips for noise isolation.

Blass has said that the Enco Buds will offer a battery life similar to that of the Enco W11. This means you can expect 20-hour battery life on the Oppo Enco Buds. The upcoming truly wireless earbuds may also feature IP55 dust and water resistance, which is why you will be able to wear them while working out or running. There will be touch controls on the earbuds, as well. The Oppo Enco Buds may feature Bluetooth 5.2 and a USB-C port on the bottom for charging.

Right now, there is no information about when the Oppo Enco Buds will arrive in markets, but rumours suggest the launch may take place sometime towards the end of this month. We will know more about the Oppo Enco Buds in the coming days.

Talking about the Oppo Enco W11, they arrived last year as the company's most affordable pair of truly wireless earbuds. The earbuds came for a price of Rs 2,499, and I found them good enough for the price. In my review last year, I wrote that the Oppo Enco W11 manages to impress overall with the sound quality it has to offer. The Enco W11 are among the earbuds with pretty good gestures in this price range. The sound quality on the Enco W11 is also decent, but you will have to keep your expectations in check.

Finally, the battery life of the Enco W11 earbuds is around four hours and that is good enough for most people. The only thing I did not like back then was the lack of a companion app for the Oppo earbuds, but now you have the HeyMelody app for Android phones. And in case, you have an Oppo phone, you will be able to see all controls and functionalities for the Enco W11 earbuds. I hope the Oppo Enco Buds turn out to be better than the Enco W11.
