Phone maker Poco has announced that it has sold over a million smartphones during the Big Billion Days sale in India. The company announced that it sold thousands of units each of smartphones including the Poco C3, Poco M2, Poco M2 Pro, Poco X2, and Poco X3. During the period of the sale between October 16 and October 21, these phones sold in huge numbers because of the company announcing attractive discounts and offers on them.
Commenting on the milestone, Anuj Sharma, Country Director, Poco India, said, "It was only in January 2020 that Poco emerged as an independent brand. To be able to get so much love and acceptance from our fans is overwhelming. The consumer response not only reaffirms our belief that they associate Poco with high performance but also is an attestation of our "everything you need, nothing you don't" core philosophy. The trust that our consumers and fans have shown has helped make our devices some of the highest best-selling ones on Flipkart, in their respective categories. We hope to continue delighting our customers by bringing in the best in class product at affordable prices."
The majority of these numbers during Flipkart's Big Billion Days Sale were driven by the Poco C3, Poco M2, Poco M2 Pro, Poco X2 and Poco X3, as the phones were available at discounts including a 10 per cent instant cashback for SBI card holders.
Of these the Poco C3 was one of the most popular as it was available with a flat Rs 500 cashback on prepaid payments. To remind our readers, the Poco C3 is the company's most affordable offering to date.
Available in two variants in India, the Poco C3's entry variant comes with 3GB RAM+ 32GB storage. This variant has been priced at Rs 7,499. The higher-end variant gets 4GB RAM paired to 64GB storage and has been announced to retail for Rs 8,999. Both the variants are available in three colours -- Arctic Blue, Lime Green, and Matte Black.

On the outside, the phone comes with a 6.53-inch HD+ display with a water-drop style notch with a 20:9 aspect ratio.
