- Samsung Galaxy A70e renders have leaked online showing off the design of the phone
- The Galaxy A70e renders show off an Infinity-V display design
- The phone is expected to be the more affordable variant of the Galaxy A70
South Korean tech giant, Samsung, recently launched the Galaxy A51 in India. The phone was announced as the company's latest mid-segment offering with a mix of impressive specs and premium design.
However, it appears that the phone maker is now looking at announcing a new A-series device very soon. This is because some unofficial renders of a new device, reportedly the A70e, have surfaced online courtesy of CompareRaja.
The renders reveal some interesting details about the device, including the fact that it could bring with itself a 6.1-inch Infinity-V display on the front of the device, along with an earpiece speaker at the top. This water-drop display design is similar to what we have seen on the Samsung Galaxy M-series devices in the past. However, unlike those devices, the display appears to flaunt chunky bezels and a chin at the bottom.
The renders also show that the Galaxy A70e features a glass finish on the back with a rear-facing physical fingerprint sensor. However, the glass finish panel at the back could just end using Samsung's new Glastic material that the company claims looks like glass, but is plastic.
The render also reveals what appears to be a vertically aligned triple-camera setup on the back. A closer look at the set-up shows three-rear camera sensors and a dual-tone LED flash in the primary camera setup.
Apart from this, the render also show a power button and volume rocker on the right side of the device. There also appears to be a SIM ejector tray on the left edge and a MicroUSB 2.0 charging port on the bottom of the phone, with the device's 3.5mm headphone jack right at the top.
This is all that the render reveals. Earlier, a report from Gizmochina claimed to take the lid off the specifications of the device. The phone is the more affordable variant of the Galaxy A70 is said to feature a 6.1-inch display with flat edges. Under the hood, the device could sport a Snapdragon 675 SoC, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
There will also be a 4500mAh battery, with the device also tipped to sport a 32 megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel camera setup on the back.
