The latest leak suggests that the Galaxy M51 could come with a 64-megapixel primary camera along with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The smartphone is rumoured to feature a quad-camera setup on the rear.
As per a report published by SamMobile, the publication has exclusively learnt that the Galaxy M51 will indeed feature a 64-megapixel primary along with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Although the exact camera specifications could not be confirmed, it is being speculated that the smartphone will feature four cameras at the back and will also have Samsung's Single Take camera feature.
As per the reports, the Single Take camera feature has been primarily reserved for flagship devices but the Galaxy M51 could have that feature. This rumour picked up pace after the Galaxy M31s, which also comes with a 64-megapixel primary camera, confirmed having the single-take feature. Samsung itself confirmed that the Galaxy M31s will feature a 64-megapixel camera with the Single Take camera feature. For the unversed, Single Take feature is an AI-enabled camera feature that captured up to 14 types of pictures with a capture time of 3 to 10 seconds.
However, the camera specifications weren't the only thing revealed about the smartphone. Another thing that could grab everyone's attention is the monstrous 7000mAh battery that the Galaxy M51 is rumoured to come with. The report states that the Galaxy M51 could feature a 7000mAh battery with 15W fast charging. Prior to the Galaxy M51, there were rumours that the M41 could feature a 6800mAh battery but that didn't happen. So all eyes are now on the Galaxy M51. If the smartphone releases with a 7000mAh battery, it would become the first smartphone to do so because till now the highest battery capacity that some of the latest smartphones have come with is 6000mAh battery. For instance, Samsung's upcoming Galaxy M31s is rumoured to feature a 6000mAh battery.
Apart from the battery and the camera, the Galaxy M51 is speculated to be driven by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM. As per the previous leaks, the smartphone is likely to feature a 6.5-inch panel and in terms of design, it could similar to the Galaxy Note 10 Lite. However, it would be not as expensive as the Note 10 Lite and could be priced under the Rs 20,000 mark.
