Catering to the needs of its party enthusiast consumers, Sony India has launched their new wireless speaker in the X-series range, the SRS-XV900.

Sony introduces the SRS-XV900

"The speaker forms part of the "LIVE LIFE LOUD" vision to deliver exciting sound entertainment experiences to music lovers around the world. Life should be lived at full volume and that means being able to enjoy clear, rich sound from Sony's new SRS-XV900 speaker to make the most of every single moment," Sony India said in a press release.

Elaborating on the features of their brand new product, Sony said that the speakers are 'designed to fill the space with sound' and let the consumers enjoy an omnidirectional party sound. The tech giant claims that the speakers deliver 'deep, punchy and powerful bass'.

Say hello to the TV sound booster

Another special feature of the speakers is the TV Sound booster which enables viewers to enjoy enhanced sound while watching TV.

"Deep bass and realistic high-frequency sound from the SRS-XV900 fills the room and boosts your TV's sound to provide a rich audio-visual experience, whether you are watching live performance videos or movies," Sony said.

How to use the TV sound booster feature?

To use the TV sound booster feature, you will have to connect the TV with the speakers by using the optical cable and select the TV Sound Booster function.

Battery life, features, and price

Sony claims that the speakers come with an impressive battery life of up to 25 hours, which allows you to party non-stop without the need for a recharge every now and then. However, if you do run out of battery, the speakers also support quick charging which leads to 3 hours of playtime with just a 10-minute charge. Other features that Sony boasts about its latest launch include mega bass and live sound for an enhanced music experience, convenient carry handle and wheels, karaoke double tracking, Bluetooth connectivity, and so on.

Talking about the price, Sony's SRS-XV900 speaker will be available for a special price of Rs. 69,990/- which is inclusive of Rs. 5000/- cashback, during the Republic Day offer till January 26, or until the stocks last.
