- Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has been spotted ahead of launch
- The phone has been listed on Thailand's NBTC
- The Mi Note 10 Lite is tipped to come with a Snapdragon 730 SoC
It has been a few months since the launch of the Mi Note 10-- Xiaomi's smartphone with a monster 108-megapixel primary camera -- and now it appears the company is looking to launch a lite variant of the device.
While there have been leaks about the same in the past too, there now is more proof about the existence of the device. This time the Mi Note 10 Lite has been spotted via a listing on Thailand's NBTC certification site.
The Mi Note 10 Lite, sporting model code M2002F4LG, not only confirms the phone's existence but hints at an imminent launch for the phone. Sadly though, the listing doesn't reveal any specifications of the Mi Note 10 Lite. Yet, the fact that it has passed listing reveals that it is all set for launch. As for the specs, the phone had also been listed on the FCC last month, revealing its specs in the process.
As the name suggests, the Note 10 Lite is a stripped-down variant of the Mi Note 10 which was first introduced to the world back in November. While there is no official confirmation yet, but the majority of the cuts in the new phone will be seen in the camera department.
As opposed to the regular Mi Note 10, the Mi Note 10 Lite is said to come with a 64-megapixel primary camera -- as opposed to the full-fledged Mi Note 10 which has a 108-megapixel camera.
Talking about the specs, previous leaks have suggested that the Mi Note 10 Lite will be powered by the Snapdragon 730G SoC and come with a 6.47-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display.
The FCC listing has revealed in the past that the Mi Note 10 Lite will feature a five-camera setup on the back with a primary 64-megapixel camera, two 8-megapixel lenses, one 5-megapixel lens, and one 2-megapixel unit. Further, there will not be support for laser auto-focus tech too with the phone.
The software on the phone is said to be the latest Android 10. Other than this, the phone will be powered by a 5,260 mAh battery charged at 30W.
