Reliance-Gap Partnership

Reliance Retail has entered into a long-term partnership with Gap Inc. to become the official retailer of iconic American fashion brand Gap in India across all channels in country

Reliance Acquires Just Dial

In September 2021, RRVL took control of Just Dial for Rs 5,710 cr, a deal that allowed Reliance access to the 25-year-old listings company’s merchant database

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance has invested in multiple designer brands including Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Satya Paul, Ritu Kumar, Raghavendra Rathore, ak-ok, Manish Malhotra, A&T and also has a JV with Rahul Mishra

In August 2020, Reliance announced a Rs 24,713-crore deal to acquire the retail business of Future group but the deal was called off in April 2022
