TCS, Accenture, ICICI Bank, others feature in BT-Taggd’s annual survey ‘The Best Companies To Work For In India’ 

Business Today Magazine and Taggd conducted an online survey with 35,000 people to determine the best companies to work for in India. TCS topped the list, while Accenture India and ICICI Bank followed at the 2nd and 3rd spot respectively.

ICICI Bank is ranked at 3rd spot in the list for its fair and objective processes, scope for learning and growth, and job security and stability. The lender has a learning initiative "Digital Academy" with partners like IIIT, NIIT, Manipal UNext, and more. It also encourages direct engagement of senior management. ICICI Bank has a one-stop app to attend to employees' queries.

Google India features among the top 5 for its flexible work arrangement. The tech giant provides opportunities to Googlers for complete remote work. It also provides the right environment and programmes to support women. The company has pay equity for women since 2017. The survey found HDFC Bank in high standing in areas like fair and objective processes, growth and learning opportunities, and flexibility at work. The lender has a specific focus on women and persons with disabilities. It started the 'CEO Club' initiative to identify next-generation leaders. The bank is leveraging technology to on-board talent, impart learning and run wellness and diversity programmes.

HDFC Bank: 5th in

Backed by well-being initiatives, people growth initiatives, Amazon India has emerged as one of the top companies in the BT-Taggd Best Companies to Work For in India ranking this year. The company is establishing a company-wide system for employee feedback. it is also going beyond gender to ensure that policies, hiring practices, reviews, and facilities are inclusive for all.

Another private lender that has featured in the top 10, is Axis Bank for its fair and objective policies, growth & learning opportunities, and flexibility at work.
