When Bollywood trainer Tridev Pandey was asked if you need non-veg for muscle gain, his answer was sharp and simple: “Absolutely not.” He says the secret to a toned body lies in balance, not chicken breasts.
A lifelong vegetarian, Tridev has sculpted some of Bollywood’s fittest physiques — from Kartik Aaryan’s shredded Chandu Champion look to Sanya Malhotra’s stunning transformations — all powered by plants.
“Protein isn’t exclusive to meat,” he insists. With lentils, paneer, tofu, and pulses, he builds diets that deliver strength and stamina without relying on animal products.
Tridev calls out trainers who “scare clients into eating non-veg,” saying the obsession with animal protein is more marketing than science. “Fitness,” he adds, “isn’t a meat-only club.”
Before Bollywood fame, Tridev was a national-level boxer from Varanasi. His ring discipline now fuels his training philosophy: agility, endurance, and raw strength built from hard work — not shortcuts.
From Rajkummar Rao’s lean build to Gauahar Khan’s defined form, his client list proves that vegetarian athletes can lift, sprint, and sculpt just as fiercely as their meat-eating peers.
He stresses that muscle growth isn’t just about protein—it’s training stimulus, sleep, hydration, and recovery. “You can’t out-eat bad form or inconsistency,” he reminds his followers.
Tridev’s mantra: fitness starts in the head before the plate. A focused mindset, he says, trumps any diet label—whether veg, non-veg, or vegan.
In an era of fad diets and miracle powders, Tridev’s grounded approach is winning fans across India. His message is simple: eat clean, train smart, stay consistent. The results will follow.
