The Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders ended in a victory for Shah Rukh Khan-owned KKR who bounced back from their opening defeat of IPL 2023, to thrash RCB at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, on Thursday.
The Shah Rukh Khan-owned franchise KKR displayed a remarkable performance and won by 81 runs in their first IPL home game after a gap of four years. However, a wholesome moment between SRK and Virat Kohli after the match has gone viral on the internet.
Despite the crushing defeat for RCB, fans got a treat when 'King Khan' interacted with 'King Kohli'. After the KKR vs RCB match ended, videos surfaced of Shah Rukh Khan and Virat Kohli hugging and dancing in the stadium.

In a video doing rounds on social media, Shah Rukh Khan and Virat Kohli are seen smiling and hugging each other following the game. Furthermore, Shah Rukh Khan is seen teaching Virat Kholi the hook step of his hit song 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan'.
In the video, Shah Rukh Khan is seen showing Virat Kohli a hook step from one of the songs of his latest Blockbuster movie Pathaan, and the Royal Challengers Bangalore star Virat Kohli is seen shaking a leg with the superstar actor.
On Instagram, a picture of Shah Rukh Khan showing love to Virat Kohli on the field has also caught the attention of their fans on social media. The picture shows Shah Rukh showing love to Virat Kohli with his hands on his cheeks as the two share a laugh on the field. An SRK fan page called it the ‘pic of the day’.
After the KKR vs RCB match, Shah Rukh Khan and Virat Kohli had a brief chat before the KKR co-owner went on to embrace Shardul Thakur, who won the Player of the Match Award for his stunning knock of 68 in 29 balls.
Earlier this year in February, during the Border-Gavaskar Test series, Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja were seen dancing to 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' song, and Shah Rukh Khan praised the cricketers on Twitter saying, "They are doing it better than me!! Will have to learn it from Virat And Jadeja!!!
