Shares of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) slipped 0.59% to close at Rs 3,508.95 in the previous trading session. The stock will trade ex-buyback from today. The board of directors of TCS approved a proposal to buy back up to 4,09,63,855 equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 17,000 crore, representing 1.12 per cent, of the total paid-up equity share capital, at Rs 4,150 apiece.
Shares of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers And Chemicals rose 2.06% to close at Rs 706.05. The stock will also turn ex-buyback from today.
Avantel shares edged 0.03% up to settle at Rs 351.15. The scrip will also trade ex-dividend today. The counter will trade ex-bonus in a ratio of 2:1.
Shares of ESAB India shed 0.01% to end at Rs 6,175.50. The stock will turn ex-dividend today. The company has decided an interim dividend amount of Rs 32.
Shares of Morganite Crucible (India) fell 2.52% to close at Rs 1,668.70. The counter will trade ex-dividend too. And, the interim dividend amount is Rs 28.
