Health is wealth and none take it more seriously than India's wealthy, who will go to any length to stay healthy - combining more than a couple of fitness regimes.Ever since yoga became a prime ministerial fashion statement, it has either gained genuine followers among the super rich or has become the latest fad - though its prevalence is greater in cities with cooler climes like Coimbatore, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Lucknow, compared to Ahmedabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata.The ultra HNIs in Ahmedabad, Chennai and Kolkata prefer exclusive recreation, while those in Mumbai opt for a personal trainer. The super rich in Hyderabad and Pune, on the other hand, indulge in sports to keep fit.

Spas have for some years become an indulgence of the rich, with close to two third of India's ultra HNI crowd frequenting the waters - with one in five super rich going to a spa every month.
