Another billionaire list is out and the results aren't very different from the last one, as Mukesh Ambani, CMD, Reliance Industries, leads the list of richest Indians. However, Bloomberg Billionaires Index leaves him poorer by Rs 4,550 crore, compared to Forbes Real Time Billionaire ranking.

Azim Premji, Chairman, Wipro, who's already given away 39 per cent of his wealth, seems to be missing more than a couple of billion dollars from his kitty. In rupee terms, that's Rs 14,944 crore that seems to be lost in calculation, perhaps.

Arcelor-Mittal's Chairman & CEO, Lakshmi Mittal would probably favour Bloomberg over Forbes as it not only improves his ranking by 13 places, ahead of Azim Premji, but also makes him richer by Rs 2,600 crore.

Pallonji Mistry, Chairman of Shapoorji Pallonji Group and still the largest individual shareholder in Tata Sons, despite the acrimony between the two groups, surprisingly manages to retain his wealth, though not his ranking.

Shiv Nadar, Founder & Chairman, HCL Technologies, could well blame his notional wealth loss on a rounding-off error - with a difference of just $100 million, equivalent to Rs 650 crore between the two billionaire lists, though his ranking in the pecking order differs by 15 places.
