Bombay HC Grants Interim Relief To Chanda & Deepak Kochhar In ICICI Bank-Videocon Case

In a big win for Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak Kochhar, the Bombay High Court has granted interim bail to the couple terming their arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation as illegal. The former MD & CEO of ICICI Bank is to be released on a cash bail of one lakh rupees.
