PhysicsWallah Founders Alakh Pandey & Prateek Maheshwari On IPO Valuation, BYJU’S & Vedantu

Edtech major PhysicsWallah is set to launch its ₹3,480-crore IPO on November 11, 2025, with a price band of ₹103–109 per share. The offering includes a fresh issue of ₹3,100 crore and an OFS of ₹380 crore, led by promoters Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari. As per the RHP, 75% of the issue is reserved for QIBs, 15% for retail investors, and 10% for NIIs. At a press conference, founders Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari discussed the company’s valuation—calling PW’s value “infinite”—and shared views on competition from BYJU’S, Vedantu, and other smaller players while outlining growth plans post-listing.
