Aviation Minister Naidu Hails Adani–Embraer Pact As Major Boost To India’s Self-Reliant Aviation

Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu described the Adani Aerospace and Defence–Embraer collaboration as a historic milestone for Indian aviation. Speaking at the announcement, he said the partnership would accelerate regional transport aircraft development and strengthen India’s self-reliant aviation ecosystem under the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision. Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and reform-driven approach, Naidu called the tie-up a catalyst for onshore manufacturing and technological advancement. He highlighted Embraer’s continued commitment to India and said the collaboration also reflects the deepening strategic partnership between India and Brazil, with aviation emerging as a key pillar of future cooperation.
