DK Shivakumar Exclusive: ‘Big Criminal Conspiracy’ Behind Karnataka Voter Deletion Row

Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar has hit out at the BJP over the ongoing voter deletion row in the state. In an exclusive conversation with India Today’s Sagar Raj, Shivakumar alleged that Form 7 is being misused to target voters and claimed there is a “big criminal conspiracy” behind the alleged deletions. He said those found misusing the electoral roll revision process must face action. The Karnataka CM also raised questions over the voter verification process and alleged attempts to remove names from electoral rolls. The exclusive conversation comes amid growing concerns among voters over disputed deletions in Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka.
