Shares of Horizon Industrial Parks made a muted stock market debut on Monday, August 24 as the jewellery retailer was listed at Rs 60.25 on NSE, a muted premium of 0.42 per cent over the issue price of Rs 60. However, the stock settled with a discount of 0.58 per cent over the given issue price on BSE at Rs 59.65 in its maiden trading session.

The IPO of Horizon Industrial Parks was open for subscription between August 17 and August 19. The company offered its shares in the price band of Rs 57-60 per share, with a lot size of 250 equity shares. The company raised around Rs 2,600 crore through the public issue, which was entirely a fresh share sale of 43.34 crore equity shares.
The issue received strong tepid across investor categories and was subscribed a solid 1.52 times nearly with more than 1.4 lakh applications valuing for only at Rs 2,180 crore. The QIB portion was subscribed over 1.85 times, while the NII portion was booked only 98 per cent and retail portions a demand for 96 per cent during the bidding.
Incorporated in 2009, Mumbai-based Horizon Industrial Parks, backed by Blackstone Group, is India’s largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner, and operator by total network. The company owns 45 logistics and industrial assets across 10 major Indian cities, totaling 58.01 million square feet (msf).
Brokerage firms were largely positive on the issue, suggesting to subscribe to it for long-term only. JM Financial Ltd, Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, SBI Capital Markets and 360 One WAM is the book running lead manager and Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar of the issue.
