Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd is scheduled to finalise its initial public offering (IPO) allotment on Monday. Once finalised, the company will start crediting shares to successful bidders' demat accounts and issuing refunds to those who didn’t get. The IPO's listing date is proposed for Wednesday (November 19).

Other group entities participating as promoters include Federal-Mogul Investments BV, Tenneco LLC and Federal-Mogul Investments.
