ICICI Bank: The leading private lender has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) permitting ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, the applicant, to acquire an aggregate holding of up to 9.95 percent of the paid-up share capital or voting rights in CSB Bank, DCB Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and AU Small Finance Bank.
