Micromax launches new-age flagship smartphone YUTOPIA

Micromax's YU Televentures launched its flagship smartphone on December 16, 2015. The smartphone is priced at Rs 24,999.

Branded as the world's most powerful smartphone, Yu Yutopia comes with 5.2" sharp WQHD IPS display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB DDR4 RAM

YUTOPIA comes with 'Around Yu' which has a suite of services including travel, food and entertainment rolled into one discovery window for the users.The new personal assistant "Around YU" provides a seamless experience that simplifies and saves a user time and effort to switch between plethora of apps.

YUTOPIA is equipped with a fingerprint scanner. Users can unlock the device with one of five stored fingerprints in less than half a second.

The smartphone features an alert slider for quick access to custom notification settings.Unprecedented on an Android device, the alert slider can silence the device with a simple click

YU has also introduced an interesting "Assured Upgrade Programm" that will give any customer buying YUTOPIA an option of an assured upgrade YUTOPIA 2 in the future.

The smartphone is equipped with a 21 MP rear camera  and 3000mAh battery.

Pre-booking for YUTOPIA began on Amazon from 2 pm today and the shipping will start from December 26.
