NSE Outlook Should Investors Subscribe At ₹1,785? Gaurang Shah On Valuation & Risks

The much-awaited offer for sale has opened for subscription today, September 17, with a price band of ₹1,700–₹1,785 per share and an issue size of around ₹22,569 crore. The  issue entirely is an Offer for Sale (OFS), with existing shareholders selling 12.64 crore shares. With NSE targeting a valuation of around ₹4.42 lakh crore at the upper end, investors are closely tracking the exchange’s growth prospects, valuation and dependence on equity derivatives trading.
