After West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee questioned the Railways over the absence of 'Kavach' system, blaming it as the primary reason behind the Balasore triple train tragedy, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said that the accident had nothing to do with the anti-collision system.
