Business Tycoon Sajjan Jindal Accused Of Rape, Denies Allegations Calls It “Baseless”

Steel baron and businessman Sajjan Jindal has been booked. JSW boss Sajjan Jindal is facing accusations of rape and sexual harassment from a 30-year-old woman. The Mumbai Police registered the FIR following the Bombay High Court's order. The woman alleges that Jindal expressed romantic feelings despite being married and even promised to marry her. She also claims that after allegedly raping her, he apologized but later threatened her to withdraw the complaint. According to the FIR, Sajjan Jindal met this woman in Dubai in a VIP box during an IPL match. They exchanged numbers, and she texted Jindal for an appointment upon returning to Mumbai to show him some properties. Days later, she allegedly met Jindal in Jaipur. After that, they exchanged texts, and on January 24, Sajjan Jindal allegedly raped her in his Mumbai penthouse. Meanwhile, Sajjan Jindal has issued a statement terming all the claims false and baseless. He also stated that he will fully cooperate with the investigation.
